Refund Policy :

We take pride in the quality of our products and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the reasons provided for the product are genuine and proved satisfactory, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange request.

If a refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 15 days depending on your card issuer’s policies.

If an exchange is approved, we will send you the new product as soon as possible, subject to product availability.

Please note that we do not refund shipping fees and the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

Storage and Shipping

Samples usually stored at 2-8 °C, Shipping done under ambient temperatures, shipping does not require cold conditions unless otherwise mentioned, only few samples are stored below -10 °C, if the samples are thermal sensitive, samples transported under cold conditions to retain the quality.

Ordering

You may place orders through email, by using our online ordering system. You must have an eShop customer account in order to use our online ordering system.

Product certification :

CoA is issued using appropriate analytical methods for purity and characterization.

Our impurity Standards can be used as certified reference materials (CRM) and are certified using two or three independent analytical methods. If it’s required, we will compare our samples with reference standards (such as EP or USP).

Our standard CoA includes HPLC/GC, IR, MS, NMR and Assay as well as Water content if required.

Most of our standards are stable for period of 12- 24 months, for specific standards retest will be done appropriate time intervals according the products stability.

For chiral compounds SOR or chiral purity will be provided.
